Between Races - Training Update

After having a great Goofy's Challenge, I knew that my runs between it and the ING Miami Marathon three weeks later would be a bit easier than earlier in my training. My main goal was to run in the same manner that I plan to use during the upcoming marathon. The plan was to run continuously and only take walk breaks at the water station. Basically, run one mile intervals with one minute walks in between.  My goal time for the race is 4:45 which breaks down to a 10:53 minute per mile pace.

I think I'm on track and should be able to pull this off.  My only concern at this point is that forecast is for the low to mid 60's at the start and climbing into the 70's.  If it gets into the 70's earlier than later, my pace will suffer.  I'm hoping it stays cool because I'd like this to be my fastest race of the season.

Here's the Garmin Data for my workouts over the last 2 weeks:
